    Making his Australian debut at the coming YOKKAO 39, Yodchai has acquired an almost pristine record over the past year. His powerful kicks and technical precision have won him increasingly more fans around the world. After headlining a recent show at the distinguished Lumpinee stadium, the current WBC Lightweight Intercontinental champion will make his return to the YOKKAO stage in Sydney to face his Australian opponent, Quan Trinh.

    Fighting out of Melbourne’s 8 Blade Warriors, Quan is a WBC MuayThai Super-Lightweight Victorian (state) champion. Quan is known for his forward-moving style and delivering wars in the ring but can be technical when the situation calls for it.

    YOKKAO Fight Team Stars to Headline Sydney Double Event

    YOKKAO 39 - 40 is now confirmed to take place on 25 May 2019 in Sydney, Australia. Organized in partnership with SRG Promotions, the double event will take place at the Australian Technology Park and looks set to be one of the biggest Muay Thai shows in the land down under. Australian fight fans are in for treat with an evening of world-class Muay Thai battles in store.

    With two back-to-back shows on one night, the Sydney event features yet another stellar casting. Headlining and making fight appearances on the show are four of our Thailand fight team stars, namely Singdam, Manachai, Yodchai, and Spencer. The 3 Thai fighters will be making their first fight appearance in Australia while Spencer makes his return to Sydney after headlining the Next Generation showcase in May last year.

    YOKKAO 35 - 36 Weigh-in Results

    With YOKKAO 35- 36 just a day to go, the competitors have all arrived in Turin, Italy. The weigh-ins were carried out at Hotel Concord in the afternoon on 25 January with all fighters making weight successfully.

    WBC and WMC officials were present to oversee the weigh-in for the three title matches taking place. Manachai will face Luca Falco for the WMC Intercontinental title; Yodchai takes on Jonathan Astarita for the WBC Lightweight title; and Spencer will clash against Luca Roma for the WBC Super-Lightweight title.

    A third title bout has now been confirmed and added to YOKKAO 35 - 36 taking place on 26 January 2019. The previously announced fight between Yodchai from YOKKAO Fight Team and Jonathan Astarita from Italy will now be an official WBC Lightweight Intercontinental title match. Yodchai has built a reputation as a highly exciting fighter to watch in the ring, with a string of outstanding performances over the past 2 years in both domestic and international competitions.

    Fighting since the age of 8, it’s now his time to shine as the 23 year-old finally gets his major title shot at the coming YOKKAO 35 Italian showdown.     The YOKKAO Fight Team is smashing things up in the ring. Over the course of 5 events, 5 individual YOKKAO fighters have gone home with the win, all via knockouts. After a brief absence since his winning appearance on YOKKAO 25 in Hong Kong, Nobita has returned to train full-time at YOKKAO Training Center Bangkok with his team mates. The WMC boxing champion marked his return with a KO-win using his signature power punches, kickstarting the new Year in an impactful way for YOKKAO. Manachai continued his wreckage with his Italian debut at the Night of Kick and Punch promotion on 20th January. The fight ended in fast fashion via referee stoppage in round 1 after just 2:35 minutes and Manachai was declared the winner by TKO.
