Singdam vs Jeremy Payet To Headline YOKKAO 35

It’s about 3 months away from the highly-anticipated YOKKAO 35 - 36 and the first matchup has just been confirmed. Multi-time champion Singdam is set to take on French fighter Jeremy Payet for the main event on YOKKAO 35. After a 5-month hiatus, Singdam returned to the squared circle in October to headline YOKKAO 33 in Hong Kong. The 34 year-old Muay Thai star put his experience to advantage against a younger, fitter opponent to take home the win. An acclaimed knee-fighter who is also known for his powerful kicks, Singdam will now look to continue building on his legacy as he makes his Italian debut. Payet is a prominent figure in the French and European fight scene.

Not only has he clocked an amazing 10 wins out of his last 11 outings, he finished an astounding 9 of the fights via knockouts. The 24 year-old will put his KO power to the test against the more experienced Singdam in a matchup that is expected to be an explosive affair. Organized in partnership with Thai Boxe Mania, YOKKAO 35 - 36 will take place on 26 January 2019 at the 5000-seat Palaruffini arena in Turin Italy. Besides Singdam, the double event will also feature Muay Thai stars like Manachai, Sudsakorn Sor Klinmee, Spencer Brown and living legend Saenchai.
