    Rejoice, Muay Thai fans in Poland! Mark the dates for 24th and 25th February 2018 because Saenchai will be coming to hold 2 YOKKAO seminars. It is truly an occasion to celebrate as this will be Saenchai’s first visit to the Central European country. Saenchai and the YOKKAO team will be making 2 stops on the 2-day seminar tour: first in the city of Luboń in Poznania county followed by Słubice on the following day. On day one, the seminar will be stopping by Luboński Ośrodek Sportu i Rekreacji, and then at Szkolne Centrum Sportowo-Rekreacyjne Gimnazjum nr 1 on day two.     The first YOKKAO Next Generation Kids took place recently on 26th November at the Barnsley Metrodome. Event organizer, Peter Spensley and YOKKAO UK promoter Brian Calder, delivered an immensely successful and unforgettable show that set the high bar for all future Muay Thai junior competitions. Over 100 fighters -some as young as 6- took part in the full-day event that saw the crowning of the first YOKKAO Junior World Champions, Joe Ryan and Ellie Barker. The first fight has just been confirmed for YOKKAO 29 and features 2 of the region’s elite fighters - Keith McLachlan taking on Jonathan Haggerty. Both competitors are no strangers to the UK Muay Thai scene, and especially to YOKKAO supporters. Keith McLachlan is the current UK number 1 at 59 kg, fighting out of The Griphouse gym in his hometown of Glasgow where he also coaches. The young YOKKAO fight star is set to make a fight appearance in Milan on “The Night of Kick and Punch”, a long-running event by promoter Angelo Valente. At just a young age of 21, Manachai already boasts an incredible fight record of 286 matches that include 196 wins and 21 KOs.     YOKKAO 30: Panicos Yusuf Takes On Craig Coakley!

    Great news for YOKKAO Muay Thai fans: after more than a year of absence from the YOKKAO ring, Panicos Yusuf is back again on YOKKAO 30! Panicos Yusuf is a modern legend in the UK Muay Thai scene and a household name in the region’s fight community. The 32 year old, Cyprus-born fighter has close to 2 decades of fighting experience and a long list of titles to match. Panicos has fought all around the world, even against many of the elite stadium fighters of Thailand. He now trains and fights out of Stockport’s All Powers Gym where he is a key figure and a Muay Thai coach. While the experienced fighter ventured in mma beginning last year, he signed up for the coming Muay Thai fight without any deliberation as the sport remains his number one passion.
