Once again YOKKAO has collected yet another success in a new country and new continent, this time the first event in South America held in the city of Rosario (Argentina) on Friday the 13th of November, 2015.

The Team arrived in Argentina with nothing less than the YOKKAO World Champion Pakorn PKSaenchaimuaythaigym, the staff from Rocket Media BKK, YOKKAO key person Stefania Picelli, Cristian "Red" Valli trainer and partner of the new YOKKAO Training Center Bangkok (opening December 2015), Valerio Cecchetti (Muay Thai Combat YOKKAO Training Center Rep. of San Marino), Soloman Wickstead (YOKKAO UK Ranked fighter) and his trainer Frankie Hudders (Franks Gym England). The fight card had a few last minute changes with the skilfull fixing by Maximiliano Gravina, promoter of the event and owner of the.

YOKKAO Training Center in Rosario. #YOKKAO16 delivered fans an escalation of emotions starting with the YOKKAO Next Generation fights, a project started in UK with YOKKAO UK that continue to reveal new unknown talents. YOKKAO 16 started with 2 fights in Muay Thai Full Rules 3x3 with a victory by TKO for Damian Mumoz on Alan Preisz in the first round (medical stoppage) and a victory by points for Alejandro Amicucci vs Ignacio Godachevic. The rest of the card was scheduled with 5 rounds x 3 minutes that saw 2 TKOs. FIGHT OF THE NIGHT The fight of the night goes to Alan Sheinson vs Damian Bujan. Sheinson started from the first round by cutting Damian Bujan with a strong elbow. Damian could not continue the fight in the third round. Alan Sheinson won by TKO, his shins post-fight picture having since gone viral throughtout Instagram and Facebook.

Without any doubt Sheinson is the new talent we wish to watch again soon in action at the next YOKKAO Events. YOKKAO UK vs ARGENTINA YOKKAO UK ranked fighter Soloman Wickstead vs Nicolas Sanchez. The war began fast with an elbow from Sanchez in the first minute of Round 1 which caused a major cut to Wickstead. The first round continued with Soloman Wickstead in beast mode dropping Sanchez 2 times and giving him 2 counts. In the second round, the referee stopped the fight, there was too much blood from Wickstead's cut. Nicolas Sanchez won by medical stoppage. Soloman Wickstead will be back in action against the current YOKKAO UK Ranked #1 Jake Purdy at YOKKAO 17 - 18 to be held March 19th at the Macron Stadium in Bolton YOKKAO WORLD TITLE -65kg DEFENSE 

5 rounds of full action for Pakorn vs Nicolas Vega with Vega becoming the first foreign fighter to cut Pakorn with an elbow. Pakorn's technique is unrivaled, Pakorn gave 2 counts to Vega with his strong knees. Nicolas Vega lost by points. The YOKKAO belt returns home to Thailand with Pakorn becoming the first Thai fighter to have fought in Argentina and the first Thai fighter to fight for a World Title in South America. YOKKAO 16 delivered an incredible night of real Muay Thai with fans extremely happy to be part of YOKKAO history. While the Team is working on YOKKAO 17 and YOKKAO 18 to be held on the 19th of March in Bolton (England), there are plans in the work for YOKKAO Event in Uruguay....stay tuned!
